  • Is that project dead?

    I bought the LTD at launch last May. I’m not using the product at the moment, but I bought it because I thought it was promising. It’s now clear that the project is no longer moving forward and the team has gone silent. I have to admit that I feel as if I’ve been scammed.🤔 😤

    Can we discuss why the Blockera team is not responding to support tickets, bugs, etc? Reza Ali Is everything alright on your side? Did you have any personal issues that prevented you from being here? Let's discuss this without judgment and start from scratch. I would like to help you develop and respond to tickets (for free, I have a client who uses this plugin, and it is in my interest as well for this to be good) if you'd like to onboard me. I consider this plugin to have high potential to be wasted by a lack of support, and it is in our mutual interest for us to resolve all issues when they arise. Please respond to this, and let's open this discussion without any frustration.

  • Invoice requested

    Hi, I requested an invoice by email more than a month ago for my blockera license purchase. Was answered by email "there is no invoice section in your account right now but we will add it in the next 2 weeks. Please wait." I relaunched the request by email on June 28, no answer, i'm still waiting for this invoice.

  • Need to reactivate license with every plugin update...

    is it normal to have to reactivate the license with every update to Blockera Pro? Every update to the base (free) plugin also seems to always break the pro plugin... then a little while later a pro update is available to fix it... if it's a fatal error it needs both to be deactivated and updated before reactivating again. Is this also the expected behavior?

  • How to edit button site with Blockera theme?

    I want to use Blockera Blocks and the Blockera theme for a website with SureDash. Everything looks good except for the form buttons. How can I change the padding defaults on buttons?

  • Cover block overlay

    I am having a play around, and I can't seem to be able to modify the cover image overlay. The stadard option is completly missing and I can see any other option to set it. Am I being daft or is it not there? If not there I will report as a bug. Jamie
