What if the Block Card showed every important control without taking up so much space?
In the current layout, the panels for Block States, Style Variations, and Inner Blocks are tall and require a lot of scrolling. The Hover block state is hidden by default, and the Inner Blocks panel is hard to spot.
The v3 design reduces the Block Card’s height to about one-quarter of the old version. Key actions—like switching block states, picking style variations, or opening inner-block settings—are visible by default. Hover feature is active for all blocks automatically, so users can find the right state (e.g., hover) without extra clicks. Inner Blocks get a clearer icon and label, making them easier to access.
