Let's discuss this without judgment and start from scratch.

I would like to help you develop and respond to tickets (for free, I have a client who uses this plugin, and it is in my interest as well for this to be good) if you'd like to onboard me. I consider this plugin to have high potential to be wasted by a lack of support, and it is in our mutual interest for us to resolve all issues when they arise.
